About Me:

Full name is Victoria Curtis. Preferred name is Vicki. After 15 years in the full time military (Army Officer) I moved to Dubai with my family. It was in Dubai in 2006 that I decided on a career change to the fitness industry. My first Les Mills module that I trained in was Body Pump in 2006. I was employed by Fitness First in Dubai. I also trained in Body Attack and RPM in 2007 while I was in Dubai. I moved back to Australia in Feb 2008 and started work for Healthy Life Fitness Centre not long after my move back. I recently trained in Body Vive.My hobbies are going to the beach, reading and socialising with family and friends. I love to travel.

I love meeting new people and getting to know people at the club. It is always a pleasure to come to the club and take a class. It is truelly a rewarding industry to be part of, and I feel fortunate to be part of such a great team.  I love it when a new person comes to class and is inspired in someway by me to change their life. Sounds corny but it’s true. I like to think that I make coming to class a fun and rewarding experience for everybody. That is my goal.

Name: Sarah Harloe

Teach: RPM/Cycle on Friday 6am (Go on set your alarm clock!)

What I do: Full time student studying Civil Engineering and Commerce (majoring in Investment and Corporate Finance). I’m currently writing my thesis on offshore wind turbine foundations.

Why I teach? Because I love it and I’m a semi-addict J this is my 3rd year teaching! Been teaching at Healthy Life now for 3 years as well.

Qualifications: Certificate III in Fitness, Les Mills Qualified Instructor. Plus more…. But they are the relevant ones here.

What I enjoy doing: Strength and Resistance Training and going to the beach.

Weakness: Dark Chocolate and Green Tea together….
