Slowing the breath through movement, calms the mind and allows for greater awareness and mental clarity. Yoga is a great complement to any sport and is suitable for everyone.

circuit/outdoor circuit
Hit every muscle group as you burn calories by zipping through stations of different fitness equipment. This class combines the benefits of both an aerobic workout (cardiovascular fitness) and weight training (toning and strength). Suitable for all levels of fitness. 45 minutes duration.
abs, butts & thighs
This class will include low impact choreographed aerobics for approximately 15 minutes followed by standing/floor work to condition mainly lower body. Suitable for beginners and older members as well as our "rev heads"
Boxing Craft
Whole body workout that involves high intensity, strength gains, power, mental toughness and a big calorie burn. Ring craft and boxing skills from professional coaches. Participants require hand wraps and approved boxing gloves.
