About Me
I moved into the fitness industry after completing six years in the defense force, where I had the opportunity to train with our elite clearance divers. My time there gave me a real passion for fitness and the realisation of what we are all capable of. I enjoy helping people realise and explore there potential. I have been active all my life and have a good understanding of most sports; I can offer sports specific programs/ training and weight loss. Having personal experiences of military training methods I am able to introduce techniques that can challenge and extend individuals. Do not hesitate to ask any questions as I am always willing to give you a hand. Together we can reach your fitness and weight loss goals
