About Me

Hi I’m Chris and I have been a certified personal trainer for 9 years. Within this time I have trained all types of fitness levels from students, moms and dads, to competitive and professional athletes with fantastic results.  I enjoy helping people, not only to reach their goals, but then go on to use their new found fitness to do things they had no idea were achievable.   • One on One, with years of experience I have lots of ways of keeping exercise interesting, varied and always fun. Getting the most from you and your training.
  • TRX suspension training, which is rated by many elite trainers and fitness magazines as the best body shaping and core strength workout in the world today.
  • Boxing and Kickboxing, with years of mixed martial arts training I can help you learn correct punching and kicking technique.  This creates long lean muscle, strength and endurance, while relieving stress and learning self defence.

Sports specific training

Increase your abilities and enjoyment in your chosen passion no matter whether its rugby, surfing, tennis or rally driving? You can improve your skills with targeted training.
