About Me
My Passion lies in Fitness and Strength training. In my junior years I kept active with competitive boxing and running, which put me in peak physical condition for entry into he Australian Defence Force as a clearance div er. It was during this time I got my first taste of "High Intensity Functional Movement" training and the many benefits that this provides in every day life.
My training style incorporates this and many other forms of fitness and training that will take you to a level you thought "NOT POSSIBLE".
