About Me
I have always enjoyed a very active life, and becoming a Personal Trainer and teaching people how to improve their quality of life has always been a dream of mine. I was in the Australian Regular Army for 5 years and during that time, I was exposed to many different forms of indoor and outdoor training. I incorporate a range of functional and multi-joint exercises to achieve the optimal results that aid in faster weight loss and all round core strength and body fitness.
