BODYSTEPTM is the energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and approachable instructors. Body Balance

Freestyle Cycle / Spin / Indoor Riding

Workout focuses on endurance, strength, interval training, high intensity, and recovery. Encourages high calorie burn and cardiovascular fitness. Workout involves imagery such as cycling up hills and mountains, sprints, and flat road riding with great music and your peloton is led by a high-energy instructor.


Metafit / Tabata / HIT / HIIT (High Intensity & High Intensity Interval Training)

The complete and ultimate free-body workout systems which increase endurance, performance, stamina, strength, and cardiovascular fitness. The licenced and free-style modalities are instructed outdoors and indoors. They include a range of military based, athletic focused, track and field orientated plus some boxing exercises. All are interval training systems (Fartlek Training) incorporating cardio, strength flexibility and resistance exercises.


Created by a former Royal Marine Commando METAFIT combines traditional bodyweight exercises with the latest HIIT training techniques to set the metabolism on fire! METAFIT is the original HIIT program which incorporates both dynamic strength and plyometric exercises.  Full body weight training only, it is structured but not choreographed, everyone works at their own pace. All exercises are functional,  compound and 3D. METAFIT caters to all fitness levels offering progressions and regressions. METAFIT is 30 minutes in duration giving all the opportunity to work at a maximum with varying work and rest intervals.  Each METAFIT class will challenge your body to its limit, increasing strength, maintaining muscle mass and increasing cardiovascular fitness levels.


Japanese Physician Dr. Tabata’s designed and launched TABATA-HIIT protocol training. It calls for just 20 seconds of all-out drop-dead effort, followed by a mere 10 seconds of rest. This intense cycle is repeated eight times. According to Dr. Tabata: “All-out effort at 170 percent of your VO2 max is the criterion of the protocol. If you feel OK afterwards you’ve not done it properly. The first three repetitions will feel easy but the last two will feel impossibly hard. In the original plan the aim was to get to eight, but some only lasted six or seven.”


These is are military style and based classes whose origins come from the armed forces but have been sanitized for civilian participation. The classes are usually outdoor classes incorporating high intensity training or high intensity interval training combining an extensive range of exercises, at varying degrees of intensity over differing phases and time sequences. Both HIT and HIIT aim to increase strength and cardiovascular fitness levels. Options are offered at all stages thus making the dedicated HIT / HIIT sessions suitable for all fitness levels.


Abs Butts & Thighs (Also known as Legs Tums & Bums in Europe/UK)

Cardio low impact routines and conditioning exercises designed to strengthen, tone, and shape muscles of the core and lower body. Specifically targets abs, core, legs, and butts. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Functional Movement

FM uniquely delivered by international athlete and sports science educator Ms Kristin Marvin – Fitness therapy, corrective exercises, trigger point release and self-healing, using therapeutic balls to eliminate pain, improve posture, and enhance movement performance. “Live Better Within Your Body”.

Dance Fit

Sandra Costigan who has taught various styles of international dance & exercise to music in Europe for over a decade now leads Perth participants in a variety of fantastically fun, move, groove, shake, twist, turn & jive sessions here in our gx zone. These musical classes allow the ladies to forget they are actually burning calories, getting fitter, trimmer & more toned because the participants are having such a wonderful time.
