COVID-19 / Coronavirus

Monday 17th January 2022

Dear HLFCH Member,

The Western Australian Government recently announced new COVID-19 public health measures requiring proof of vaccination for indoor settings, including gyms. The new measures take effect from 31st January 2022.

We hope that the information below covers most of what you need to know to continue accessing Healthy Life Fitness Centre. We may be forced to update this information if the terms of the WA

Public Health Declaration are changed or altered in any way.

You Will Need To Provide Evidence Of Vaccination Please:

To minimise any disruption to your training journey and any club visits, we recommend providing your proof of vaccination or sufficient evidence of a medical exemption ahead of the deadline 31st January 2022. There are two ways you can do this.

  • Present yourself with your digital, hard copy or HDD displayed Covid-19 double vaccination certificate and the HLFCH staff will load your certificate document number onto the club’s G-MRM system. Easiest, best and already commenced.
  • E-mail in your COVID-19 Digital Certificate online to dz@healthylifefitness.com. If you are a 24/7 member and wish to visit the gym outside of staffed hours after 31st January 2022, you will need to follow this process prior to visiting. Please allow up to 48 hours for verification, therefore we suggest completing this before 27th January 2022.
  • If you would prefer not to upload your certificate (or exemption) online, please bring it with you during staffed hours for the crew to manually upload. Our reception team will verify in person and update your profile to allow normal access (including 24/7/365).

From 31st January 2022, your membership card will not work until proof of vaccination or medical exemption has been provided.

NOTE: The health and safety of our members and staff is our top priority. More details on HLFCH’s application of WA Health Department’s mandated safety measures and frequently asked questions about current public health measures here in Western Australia.

Thank you for your ongoing commitment to ensuring your HLFCH club remains a safe and healthy gym for everyone to train in.
