My name is Angie and I have been a fitness instructor in Perth for over thirty years. I trained as a professional dancer in the UK and ran my own ballet school for many years. I am passionate about the physiology of exercise so my expertise is now in the teaching of Pilates and Body Balance (LM).Hopefully these classes will create a safer and more functional environment for our members and all the guests who attend my mind and body focused sessions.
