Dimpal completed her master’s degree in the science of living, preksha meditation and yoga in india and has extensive experience in a variety of yoga styles including traditional yoga, power yoga, pranayama, meditation, astanga, asana, vinyasa flow, restorative, and corporate yoga.

Her enthusiasm in teaching and dedication has seen her awarded yoga excellence certificates overseas. Dimpal’s teaching style associates meditation with yoga techniques. She is a dynamic, inspirational yoga teacher who brings her energy, expertise and philosophy to every class she teaches. She tailors each class to the students’ capabilities with a common focus of connecting the body and mind with the breath flow.

As a teacher, she endeavors to keep her teaching fresh and alive and aims to achieve a flowing style and to integrate the principles of body alignment and movement into the practice of yoga. Her classes are suitable for general, intermediate and advanced students.
