Hi my name is Gianna.
Learning how to breathe consciously, seek inner balance and move my body all together are the main reasons I fell in love with yoga.
I flew to India in 2017 to seek a deeper understanding of this practice. In this time I learnt yoga is so much more than the four corners of your mat, it reflects how you show up in life. I teach vinyasa flow classes focusing on the simplicity of what life consists of – movement, breath and connection.
