After many years of enjoying participating in Les Mills Body Pump and Body Balance classes, in 2015, Jane finally took the plunge and completed her Group Fitness Instructor training.
Trained in classical ballet from an early age, Jane has always appreciated the benefits of combining strength with grace. Body Balance takes this to another level with the addition of mindfulness of movement and a focus on a meditative flowing breath.
She loves watching the progression of new participants as they grow in both confidence and understanding of their body’s capabilities, regardless of their age or experience.
In her spare time, Jane enjoys surfing, gardening and she also runs her own Communications and Investor Relations consultancy.
