Jasmine has been practicing yoga regularly since 2009, and has been lucky enough to learn from some very inspiring teachers.
In 2015, she made a life-changing decision to embark on her yoga teaching journey, and begin sharing her passion with others.
After completing her first intensive Hatha/Vinyasa teacher training course, Jasmine’s love of yoga has reached a whole new level.
She believes everyone can benefit from yoga (physically and mentally) – no matter how old you are, what background you come from, or what restrictions you may face.
Jasmine is determined to continue her studies to deepen her personal yoga practice, and find new ways to inspire her classes.
