Jennifer Birkhead

Jen has been a group fitness instructor for 12 years and over that time has taught bodycombat, circuit, teen classes and now teaches rpm, bodypump and bodybalance. Jen’s passion for group fitness stems from her mission to positively impact on as many people as possible. She believes in a balanced approach to health and whilst training hard is all about fun. She is mum to two girls and is also passionate about empowering women to be their best, shine bright and know they are enough.
