Hi, I’m Kelly!
I’m passionate about Yoga.
I’ve been practising yoga for 25 years and teaching for 15 years. My style is Classical Hatha yoga with a focus on the poses (asanas) and the breath (Pranayama). I trained in Melbourne and moved back home to Perth three years ago.
My philosophy is simple. Yoga is for everybody. All ages and all capacities. You only need to do something once and then you are on your way. I love the feeling I have after I practise Yoga and I love connecting to that deeper part of myself – to restore, replenish and rejuvenate.
I look forward to meeting with you all and starting you on your journey towards contentment, clarity, self-awareness and self-love.
