Lisa is from Scotland and started her fitness career as a dancer 20 years ago. During the past 16 years Lisa trained to become a qualified and registered Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. She instructs Body Pump, Sh’bam, Body Jam, Zumba and Pilates.
Lisa is well known in the group fitness world due to her dedication to her classes and participants. She challenges the classes to strive for the next level with regard to their fitness. The members love the fun that Lisa creates with her Scottish sense of humour.
Besides her work within the fitness industry Lisa is a busy Mum.
