I am a fun and exciting GFI with extensive knowledge and experience (19 years) in the fitness industry that strives to help improve the health and happiness of members by educating, motivating and empowering them.

I teach a variety of classes including Metafit, MetaPWR, MetaPRO 12 & SAQ, HIRT, Circuits, Bootcamps, Freestyle Weights, Kettlebells, HIIT, TABATA, TRX and Sub 30 core.
