Health, fitness and general well-being for me is a lifestyle, something I was lucky enough to have instilled in me from a very young age by parents who were enthusiastically involved in the fitness industry.

I believe that everything we do in life is all about balance. My passion for weight training and yoga, together with a healthy lifestyle and attitude, provide the balance I need to bring out the very best in me.

It wasn’t until much later in life that I took up adult learning which enabled me to share my passion through facilitation of group fitness classes combining strength, cardio and endurance, complimented with Yin Yoga, to deliver holistic benefits to our mind, body and spirit.

It is such a privilege to have an opportunity in life to share our passion with others and to be part of their journey to discover the best version of themselves that they can be.

I get a great sense of pleasure when the person in front of me feels achievement, sees progress and is truly pleased with where they are in life and what they have become – I hope that next person is you and that I get to be part of your well-being journey!
