Hi, my name is Renee. I teach Les Mills Body Balance as it is a programme that I am deeply passionate about. I began participating in mind body classes several years ago to assist with strengthening my back and core and to overcome pain. I was instantly in love. The physical and mental benefits of Body Balance are numerous.
I love that anyone can gain from regular Body Balance classes, irrespective of their age, fitness level or flexibility. I get so much joy from seeing the smiles on participants faces after a class and from watching people achieve their exercise goals. I encourage you to join me.
