Pilates Yoga GX Instructor
Rhianna Williams is an experienced Pilates, Yoga, Zumba & freestle group fitness instructor having taught extensively in the UK, New Zealand and here in Australia. Rhianna also specialises in children’s Yoga and post-natal Yoga classes along with trigger point Black Roll delivery. She also has SGPTI skills and is undertaking her Cer 4 in personal training while Rhianna already holds qualifications in health and nutrition.
The main focus in Rhianna’s classes is to have fun, build strength, increase flexibility, range of motion, improve posture and to clear the mind. So that participants leave feeling charged up and ready to take on the world!
Rhianna has dedicated her life to fitness, coming from a lengthy career as a professional dancer by travelling the world for 10 years. She used the regular practice of yoga, Pilates and running to compliment her training to maintain her physique, flexibility and strength.
She made the transition from professional dancer to fitness instructor after the birth of her first child 10 years ago which has enabled her to continue with her passion for fitness. After completing her Hatha yoga teacher training in 2012 she has gone on to expand her yoga training in Ashtanga, Pre and Post natal yoga and Children’s yoga. She loves trying different styles of yoga along with developing and expanding her own practice into Vinyasa flow, Restorative, Yin and Hot yoga.
Rhianna emigrated from the U.K. in 2016 and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else now! She is very excited to be joining the Healthy Life team to continue to inspire others in their own fitness journeys! Rhianna recently returned from New Zealand and will be focusing on mind and body classes here at Healthy Life Fitness Centre. We are thrilled to have Rhianna join our GFI team in 2021 and she will strengthen our professional GFI team immensely.
When she’s not teaching you will find her either at the beach, dancing, hula hooping or stand up paddle boarding.
