Serena joins us as our new instructor taking over the Wednesday 10:15am Body Balance class.
Serena is a friendly and positive Group Fitness Instructor who believes strongly in the “incredible power of movement, music and group energy” which brings her so much joy.
“I am so passionate about the programs I teach and hope that people leave with the same feeling of joy and sense of achievement that comes with moving and challenging our bodies- at any age and any stage. Looking after our health and well being, both physical and mental is so important and group fitness adds to this with a sense of connection. It is such a privilege to coach and motivate people on their fitness journey and I cant wait to meet the Heathy Life members.”
Serena is also certified in Body Pump and teaches at a range of gyms across Perth. She has trained in dance and is the mum of two little boys!
