About me

In June of 2020 I was head hunted to lead “Mums On A Mission” out in their Wangara head quarters as a full time role & so had to step away from my Group Fitness Management remit here at Healthy Life Fitness Centre. But I am very pleased to be able to remain on in Healthy Life as part of the dedicated GFI & PT team & so continue to deliver my GX classes here to all the members.

It was back in May 2016 that I was appointed Group Fitness Manager at Healthy Life Fitness Centre having taught a range of GX classes in the twinned-GX Zones, as well as gym instructed & personal trained clients in the mainstream gym areas. I have always free-lanced in various Perth health clubs & was also appointed as the Head Trainer for Metafit WA. I still deliver Metafit instructor training programs in the Perth area for Metafit Asia-Pacific region.

As a personal trainer I am driven to support others to overcome their personal challenges & to be the encouragement needed to walk into all that they see & want for themselves.

I really wanted to let you know how honestly grateful I am that you have become so much more to me than just my personal trainer. I had no idea at the beginning of my journey with you that you would change so much in me. Your training is exceptional, but it’s the whole package you offer that sets you apart from the rest. Not only have I seen physical results but your life coaching skills have created such motivation and momentum in all areas of my life, not just my health and fitness. You have a true talent for making people believe in themselves and their goals as you are one of the most supportive, inspiring people I know! By you giving me such relevant and supportive tools to make changes and work towards my goals I honestly feel like I can literally achieve whatever I set my mind on.
